You may have trouble remembering to floss on a daily basis. However, this habit is absolutely necessary if we hope to avoid cavities and issues such as gum disease. How can we look at flossing in a different light than in the past?

  • Think about the benefits, like preventing gum disease.
  • Remember the money saved by avoiding complications.
  • Embrace flossing and make it a practice at bedtime, before you brush.
