Bedtime Dental Routine
Proper brushing and flossing of teeth before bedtime is probably the single most important aspect of good dental care. Visiting the dentist regularly — and following a healthy diet — are important. - Wait at least an hour after eating before flossing and brushing
- Floss first, brush second
- Only use a soft-bristled toothbrush
